Pioneers Hub gGmbH is a German non-profit organisation, founded 2024 in Heidelberg. Our work serves four charitable purposes set out in our statutes: science and research, education and vocational training, gender equity, and civic engagement. We support the communities, conferences, and people who carry these themes forward in Python, data science, and AI.

Institutional sponsor of PyCon DE & PyData — funding diversity and outreach programmes at one of the leading conferences for applied AI with open source, 2025 & 2026 (160+ talks, 2,000+ participants in both years)
Partner of EuroSciPy, PyLadies, appliedAI Institute for Europe and IPAI Heilbronn on community and education projects
Scholarships and student tickets — keeping leading conferences accessible to learners and underrepresented groups
Open-source contributions and knowledge sharing for the wider community (e.g. the PyTube certificate pipeline)
